Hill’s Van Service of Marion Co. recently joined Wheaton World Wide Moving’s agency network as an interstate agent. Previously an agent for Mayflower, the Central Florida moving and storage company joins more than 350 Wheaton agents across the country.

The local Ocala moving company has been family-owned and operated since its founding in 1951. It’s currently in its third generation of ownership (JD Hall, President, and Mary Hall, Vice President, since 1997), with the fourth generation also working in the business. Mary’s grandfather founded Hill’s Van Service, then her father Mike took over; and now Mary and her husband JD are at the reins, with their daughter Kristina working as the company’s move coordinator.

The team at Hill’s Van Service participates in their community in many ways, including through support of Marion Co Roadbuilders fund for Interfaith, Pay it Forward, and Ocala Civic Theater.
