Riverside, Calif., Wheaton Agent Chairs 2023-2024 California Moving & Storage Association
Kudos to Jesse Chabot of Golden West Moving Systems, Inc., in Riverside, California, as the Chairman of the Board for the 2023–2024 California Moving & Storage Association (CMSA). The regional association announced Chabot as chairman May 20, during the 105th Annual CMSA Convention in Rancho Mirage, California.

At the convention, Jesse’s mother, Denise Chabot Walker, and his son, Jacob Chabot, introduced him to association members. Denise proudly shared how Jesse took over the family business and grew the company to what it is today. Jacob talked about how great a dad and role model Jesse is to him.
Chairman Chabot thanked his family, friends, and fellow CMSA members for the opportunity to be chairman. He talked about his first time attending a CMSA Convention and how CMSA President Steve Weitekamp welcomed him and made him feel included from early on. Since then, he has made many friends and close connections with those in CMSA.
Giving Back in California
Jesse’s Chairman’s Choice Charity will be the PKD Foundation, the only organization in the U.S. solely dedicated to finding treatments and a cure for polycystic kidney disease (PKD) and to improving the lives of those it affects. The Chairman’s Choice Charity allows every incoming CMSA Chairman to select a charity, with Board approval, to make a one-time $5,000 contribution on behalf of the CMSA.
